期刊简介
《基础医学教育》创刊与1993年，1999年改刊名为《山西医科大学学报：基础医学教育版》。在山西医科大学和中国高等医院校基础医学教育学会的领导下，在广大作者和读者的支持下，历经多年的发展，本刊由季刊、双月刊发展为目前的月刊,年载文量约400篇,学术影响力居同类期刊之首。恰逢国家绘制“十二五”科学技术发展规划的历史时刻,《基础医学教育》将抓住新的发展机遇,为促进我国基础医学教育的发展担负起应尽的社会责任。
《基础医学教育》荣获山西省一级期刊、中国高等基础医学教育学会会刊。

摘要：With the popularity of English in China, much importance has been attached to younger English learners. Although much research has been done in this area, the author still intends to discuss children's language acquisition from a completely different point of view, that is, how children do acquire the ability to use language within a few years even if they have no linguistic competence at all. The conclusion drawn from the discussion is that the interaction of human capacity for language at birth and outside stimuli of the language environment finally results in children's acquiring the ability to use language even if they have never learned any linguistics.
